CRE Radar is provided solely for lawful commercial real estate research and monitoring purposes. You may use the platform to receive listing alerts, track market activity, and manage your property preferences. Use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use CRE Radar to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download platform data using automated tools
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell listing content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks connected to it
• Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or market manipulation
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any organisation

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@creradar.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Data Use

Listing data delivered through CRE Radar is provided for personal informational use only. You may not use alert data to build competing databases, populate third-party platforms, or create derivative products without explicit written consent from CRE Radar.

5. Service Limits

CRE Radar reserves the right to impose fair-use limits on alert frequency, monitored sources, or data access to ensure consistent service quality for all users. Accounts that generate excessive load or exhibit unusual usage patterns may be subject to throttling or suspension.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Clause may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and provide information about users who violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the CRE Radar platform, please report it to info@creradar.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Changes to This Clause

We may update this Acceptable Use Clause from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
