This Beta Testing Agreement governs your participation in the CRE Radar early access programme. By signing up as a beta tester, you agree to these terms. This is a pre-release version of the product and may not reflect the final feature set or quality of the commercial release.
Your access to the CRE Radar beta is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to others. Beta access may be revoked at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta programme without notice.
As a beta tester, we ask that you actively use the platform and share your honest feedback. This may include reporting bugs, suggesting improvements, and completing occasional surveys. Your feedback is invaluable and directly shapes the product. Any feedback you provide may be used by CRE Radar without restriction or compensation.
The beta version of CRE Radar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or feature completeness during the beta period. Listing data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Do not rely solely on CRE Radar for business-critical decisions during the beta phase.
Beta access is provided at no charge. You will not be billed during the beta period. We will provide advance notice before any paid subscription model is introduced, and you will have the opportunity to opt out before any charges apply.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. During the beta, we may collect additional usage data to understand how the product is being used. This data is used solely to improve the platform and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your use of the beta is subject to our Acceptable Use Clause. Misuse of the platform, including attempting to circumvent access controls or extract data at scale, will result in immediate termination of beta access.
Either party may terminate beta participation at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRE Radar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the beta platform, including loss of business, missed listings, or data errors.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about CRE Radar features, roadmap, or business operations that you become aware of during the beta programme. This obligation survives the termination of your beta access.
At the end of the beta period, we may introduce a paid subscription model. Beta testers will receive advance notice and may be offered preferential pricing in recognition of their early support. Continued use after the beta period ends will be subject to the then-current terms and pricing.
